Bio
Growing up in the Brownsville section of Brooklyn, Yung Brooklyn
spent most of his free time playing basketball. His family thought he
would grow up to be a famous basketball player, especially after being
asked to play an exhibition game during half-time of a Knicks game at
Madison Square Garden. But his life took a different path, and despite
his talent for basketball he decided to put his heart into music. His
favorite style of music is rap, as performed by artists such as Maino
(who is a family friend), Uncle Murda, and Rick Ross. Yung Brooklyn
loves to write music. He is always developing new ideas and lyrics to
share with his fans, and innovative new ways to incorporate those lyrics
with his music.
